Welcome to London City Banners. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Accepted File Formats

To ensure smooth processing and high-quality printing, we accept artwork in the following formats:

PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, and JPEG

  • Files must be at least 300 DPI to guarantee optimal clarity.

  • Include a 2-inch bleed on all sides of your design to avoid unintentional cropping during finishing.

2. Artwork & Proofing Process

Once you submit your design:

  • Our team reviews your file and converts it to a print-ready format.

  • Please note: Pantone colours are not supported. All artwork is converted to CMYK, which may cause slight shade differences.

  • A digital proof will be sent to you for approval unless the file is ready to print as-is.

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and colours before sign-off.

  • Written approval via email is mandatory before we begin production.

  • Approvals received after 1:00 PM may move your order to the next business day.

Minor colour differences (within 10–15%) are standard due to monitor calibration and printer setup.

3. Product Standards & Finishing Notes

We specialise in large-format printing built for visibility from 2 metres or more—not photographic-grade detail.

  • Size tolerance: Slight variations of up to 2–5 cm may occur.

  • Banners under 10 feet tall are printed in one piece.

  • Larger banners may include seamless joins, professionally aligned to preserve your design.

  • A hemming fee applies to banners under 60 sq. ft.

4. Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

Turnaround times begin after artwork approval, not payment.

  • Standard dispatch is within 5–6 working days.

  • Items over 110 cm x 110 cm are folded for delivery. This may cause creases or light discolouration, which are not considered defects.

  • If you want your banner delivered rolled, choose the “Rolled on Tube” option at checkout (extra fee may apply).

  • Delivery estimates, including express options, are calculated during checkout.

5. Express Services

We offer priority production for urgent jobs, including:

  • Same-day

  • 24-hour

  • 48-hour

  • 72-hour service (subject to availability and design complexity)

Orders using express service must be approved before 1:00 PM. Late approvals may incur a 50% express surcharge to maintain your selected timeframe.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the customised nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following situations:

  • Print defects

  • Incorrect size not matching the confirmed spec

  • Missing finishing elements (e.g. eyelets or pole pockets)

What You Need to Do:

  • Report any issue within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Email: support@londoncitybanners.co.uk

  • Include your order number and photos taken from 2 metres away showing the problem

Important Notes:

  • Do not accept parcels with visibly damaged packaging—doing so voids return eligibility for transit-related issues.

  • If your return is approved, shipping it back is your responsibility.

  • We do not refund delivery charges, except in the case of proven error or defect.

  • Returns reported outside of the 24-hour window or caused by user-approved artwork issues (e.g. spelling) are not eligible.

7. Fraud Protection & Order Validation

Every banner is weighed and photographed before dispatch.

If a false refund or chargeback claim is made, legal action may be taken, and all associated costs recovered. We take fraudulent activity seriously.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All designs, layouts, and promotional visuals created by London City Banners remain our intellectual property.

We may showcase finished products or designs (with your approval) for marketing purposes on our site, social media, or other platforms.

If a refund is issued after artwork approval, a 50% design fee will be retained to cover production time.

9. Liability & Disputes

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

In the event of a dispute through PayPal, your bank, or card provider, their final ruling will be accepted as binding. We will supply all supporting documentation.

10. Pricing & Order Validity

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled or re-invoiced with updated pricing.

11. Privacy & Communication

By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive transactional and promotional communication via email.

If you do not wish to receive updates or offers, please email info@londoncitybanners.co.uk with your request to opt out.

12. Use of Phone Numbers & Consent for WhatsApp/SMS Updates

By providing your phone number at checkout, you authorise us to send order updates or delivery notifications via WhatsApp or SMS where applicable. You can opt out by replying “STOP” or contacting us at any time.

13. Final Terms

  • Our liability for any order is capped at the order’s total value.

  • Any disputes handled through PayPal or card processors are final and not subject to further challenge.

  • By completing your purchase, you confirm your agreement to these terms and to receive updates from us.
