At London City Banners, we pride ourselves on fast service and dependable print quality. Because our products are custom-made to order, returns are subject to specific guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. What Qualifies for a Return?
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Visible print defects (e.g. blurriness, misaligned text, smudging)

Wrong product type or incorrect dimensions delivered compared to what was ordered

Missing finishing options (such as eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)
2. How to Report a Problem
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

Use your order number as the subject line

Include clear photos taken from a distance of at least 2 metres showing the issue
We cannot process returns without photographic evidence. All requests will be reviewed by our team before approval.
3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If the packaging looks visibly damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel.
Accepting a damaged parcel indicates you’ve accepted the item in its current condition and voids any return claim for physical damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved:

The customer is responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a tracked courier service for safety

London City Banners is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:

Items reported after 24 hours of receipt

Products with approved artwork that contain spelling or layout errors

Orders impacted by courier delays, minor colour variation (within 10–15%), or personal taste

Custom prints that meet specifications but do not match subjective expectations
We reserve the right to decline any return request that doesn’t fall within the above guidelines.
6. Return Process & Resolution
Once your return is received and inspected:

If we confirm a fault, we’ll offer either a replacement or refund depending on the issue and your preference

If no issue is found, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be issued
